I usually have an atrocious memory. But I remember some events by where we were linving at the time or traumatic experiences. I guess that must have been when I was going to see my sister when she went to the hospital.
Have to wonder just what is in Warner's FBI files.
Agreed, I would have a hard time imagining that as well. Good morning to you, and you have email.
There must be something....and he is up for reelection in 2008...he has been disappointing on many fronts.
Somehow I don't think the folks in the military are going to ignore McCain's insistence on treating the terrorists kindly or the fact that he was always defending his good friend, jon carry.
Lindsey in on now
BTW .. ever notice Russert asks the same dang question every week about Iraq?
Keep watching Lindsey. It gets better and better.
Brian did not look happy in that stand up from Iraq at the end of MTP.
And Timmah's "be safe" comment was rather ominous. I wonder if Brian has instructions to go looking for trouble?
"Brian, we need you to go out there and take one for the team."
Russert and Matthews are so invested in making sure Bush "loses" the war...they have to just use the same talking points over and over.
I'm thinking of trading in my very valuable Barry Bonds rookie card for some of those carbon credit offset thingees....
I remember that call also, and I have only been listening to Rush since 1992. I lived in DC in the Mid Sixties, and that Hippie behavior never changes, they get older but not any brighter. Just ask anybody that lives in Seattle where they are over 60 now, and still worthless dope smokers. My Niece's (by Marriage) half brother turned 60 with a celebration (of about 4 days)non stop dope smoking in their "new Communes" outside of Seattle. She was shocked and totally disgusted. I guess I am glad I only have to worry about drunks on the road, not stoned drunks. Yikes...
Ayep. Anyone who thinks now is the time to take us on is misunderestimating us... big time.
LOL...Fat Timmah made it sound so ominous when telling us Williams was in Iraq.
He said "In the dark of night, Brian Williams has made his way to Iraq...."
Maybe my memory is off base but my sense is McCain supported the "more boots on the ground" side of what's going on in Iraq.
If so, this would help explain why he is so anti-Rumsfeld as well as past complaints against President Bush and what we are doing in Iraq. It also means if there were a President McCain, he would turn the military back to what it was before all the modernization we went through, which has turned out well and created an even better US military.
My point is, saying McCain is good on Iraq is not necessarily the best credential for his running for president. Add in all his other blunders and it is hard to envision him winning any national election.
Met some of those aging hippies on a train into Manhattan last year. We were going to celebrate my birthday and they were going to an anti war demonstration. Old bags, dirty as ever, with their pathetic signs.
Dang...I noticed no one has reported about Face the Nation or Stephy's show today.
They are over here...I am getting ready to change to CNN...
If anyone watched either of those shows, can you post any thing about them?
Timmy on MTP discussing Obama and Clinton visiting Selma.
Guess Obama is trying to establish his bonafides with the black community and Hillary trying to establish she is the wife of the first "black" President.
This charade gets funnier and funnier and by election day '08 should be on Broadway. Well maybe Off Broadway at least.
I can't forgive him for wanting Geneva Convention treatment for these terrorists at Gitmo.
Timmy also avoids the question about what would happen to Iraq if we pull out
Lindsey is doing great .. but I don't think Timmy is listening
