Timmy seems to be avoiding the "cut off funding" part..
Yeah, that point was not "selling" very well and the DNC Talking Points deleted it. Graham just keeps on hammering the Dims about "if they're serious, cut off the funds".
I'm not a Graham fan but today he was at his best. IMO.
