FINALLY..I just heard Graham tell Russert that the USA went from 1776 to 1789 to write it's Constitution...but Iraq has only had ONE YEAR!!
I have been yelling about that all this time...and I have no idea why the GOP and Prs. Bush doesn't reference that fact everytime the Dems are saying Iraq is taking too LONG to get their acts together...re: making their country/government work perfectly.

Waste of time. Discussing politics is sure way to make enemies. Nobody I know believes the mainstream lies, anyway. Most people see politics today as the modern version of the Roman circuses. That must be why about 50% of eligible voters do not even bother to register. Most people are so exhausted from working they just want to relax and enjoy life. Watch the boob tube. Catch a flick. Young people today want to party all night. Whatever.

I think it was longer than 10 years. I remember hearing Rush setting up the rally on the radio in the car when I was going to visit my sister. And she died in 1993 so it was at least a year or two prior to that. Anybody an EIB subscriber who can email Rush and just ask him when it was?

Any mention of Kerry promising to put his records 'out there' and then NEVER EVER releasing his military records!
Guess Matthews is the one with the Alzheimers.

Exactly right, they are the epitome of what true Environmentalists really are. We know what happens when there is no discipline and apparently no decent Parental guidance in the formative Years and thereafter. They spout these News catching soundbites, but behave just the contrary. As usual if the DBM did their homework, all this would be known not just by conservatives, but by everyone paying attention.

I'm watching Murtha right now .. telling the world and all our enemies that we are weak with no army to defend ourselves
He REALLY needs to shut the hell up with that talking point

You are missing my point and I think the best thing is for us to beg to differ or else we are going to turn the thread into an arguement over something IMHO we basically agree about.

Murtha says he is confident that the President will not send troops back into combat if they are not ready
Hmmmm .. gee could that be the reason why Murtha is trying to change the rules and procedures??

Agree. Why doesn't he just call up the North Koreans and invite them to head over the border to take over Seoul? Good grief!

Graham is hammering Timmy on all points.
If you missed it, it is well worth watching.
Now Timmy wants to talk about politics and McCain.

Brian Williams is in Iraq. Apparently NBC wants to appear credible when they tell us how it's just not working there.
Of course, it is just co-inky-dink. It has nothing to do with this:

Variety ^ | March 3, 2007 | Michael Learmonth NBC's vaunted news division is starting to show some uncharacteristic cracks. Once lauded as unassailable No. 1 franchises, "Nightly News" and "Today" are experiencing audience erosion this season, a cause for increasing alarm at 30 Rock. Both are riding more than 10-year streaks atop the ratings, but Brian Williams finished No. 2 for the February sweep behind ABC's Charlie Gibson, triggering the reassignment of "Nightly" exec producer John Reiss. "Today" still enjoys a huge 800,000-viewer margin over "Good Morning America," according to Nielsen, but it finished February sweeps 8% off from last year. The competition between NBC and ABC in...
