Most hilariously....yesterday's NYSlimes issues a correction about the famous, infamous, photo of the polar bears on the ice. They state that they're sorry for misattributing the picture to the wrong artist.
No mention of the deliberate misrepresentation of what the polar bears were doing on the ice floes.
Thanks to Michael Moore, I think that Roger Smith is a great American.
Further proof that truth to the left is that which advances their goals.
Factuality is irrelevant.
Moore is right, they aren't liberals...liberals would never ask such a question. Hypocrisy is a core tenant of the dem world view...for them.
All Moore has done is revise documentaries as propaganda in a way that hasn't been seen since Leni Riefenstahl.
This has been done before in Michael Moore Hates America
Michael Moore is a 'director and star', but people who criticize him are his 'right-wing enemies'?
Very true!
- The AP said they gave Moore 4 1/2 minutes of President Bush sitting in the classroom when he got the news of 9/11. Moore extended it to 7 minutes. The 9/11 Report actually says: "4 1/2 - 7 minutes."
- Moore said the Saudis were flown out of the USA during the period when the planes were grounded. The 9/11 Report and the FAA say no planes left the USA during the grounded period.
- Moore showed an oil pipeline actually in the process of being built in Afghanistan and said that Halliburton was building it and that was the reason for the war in Afghanistan. No pipeline was ever built by Halliburton or started by Halliburton in Afghanistan.
- Moore showed some members of the Taliban in the USA in 1998 and tried to make it look like they were meeting with Bush and Halliburton. In actuality, the Taliban were allowed into the USA by Clinton's State Department and they were not meeting Bush nor Halliburton but rather UNOCAL. UNOCAL blew off the idea of a pipeline in Afghanistan in 1998.
There is more fraud in that movie of his but that's a good sample of what a low-life he is.
Well he did sit next to Jammey Carter at a recent deocRAT convention. Now I realize they must have been sitting in the Fact-Fudger section of the gallery. (Of course the rest of the auditorium was dived among sections for Outright Liars, Enablers, Mercenary Attack Dogs and Misguided Twits).
Moore was, is and forever will be just another propagandist.
Moore is nothing more than an inheritor of the mantles of Soviet disinformation and NAZI subterfuge.
The world can never have enough disappointed and disillusioned former leftists.
Fat Boy lives on Torch Lake in MI and is seen through out that area. Hunt him down with a camera.
PLUS...if you know anything about guns or the NRA...you know how that fat tub of LARD lied in "Bowling for Columbine". Now, he COULD have made a meaningful documentary about the legendary failures of the responding Littleton SWAT team...but Noooooo!
Wow!! now there's news
A phrase that has been repeated over and over by the left, is calling people "liars". It's gotten to the point that calling someone a "liar" is meaningless. George Bush I think is one of the few politicians that does not lie, yet the left has made it "common knowledge" that the intelligence communities mistakes about Iraqi WMD are now solely "Bush's lies".
I think there's a pattern here. Bill Clinton *is* a liar. A genuine, in your face, "I did not have sex with that woman" liar. I think the constant accusations that Bush lies, and statements like from the Hollywood democrat against Hillary the other day, that "all politicians lie", has defined the deviancy of lying down to where it is almost meaningless. People no longer care about the genuine lies of the Clintons, because "all politicians lie".
An honest politician now has no chance. Truth telling in politics is now meaningless.
This mantra I think was started by the Clintons against Bush as payback against the deserved attacks against Bill and his lying. But it's gotten a life of it's own now.
moore is a propagandist packaged in a used hefty bag
Are these people morons? When I saw Roger and Me I thought it was hilarious--and I saw it time after time--but it was obvious from the first clip what Michael Moore was doing.
I used to think I was of average intelligence, but people like this make me think maybe I'm some kind of genius or something.
Now they need to do a similar documentary on "A Convenient Lie."
