Can you tell me one time when Ronald Reagan approved of the word Faggot being used? Good long hunting because you will never find one. What is next, we casually start throwing around the "N" word to describe African Americans we disagree with?

You didn't read her actual commnets, did you? If you had, you'd know that she expressly declined to call the prissy Edwards a "faggot." She said it would be wrong to do that.

Ronald Reagan wasn't up against the Rosie O'Donnel militant fag generation. He was up against the Soviets and he called them Evil. Remember, Skippy?

There's two reasons that you won't find that quote. The first is that Ronald Reagan had class. Ann can be funny and biting all day long, but she'll never be able to disarm her opponents with wit and charm the way Reagan did. That's not to say that Reagan was a pushover; clearly he wasn't. He had the ability to transcend the negativism of the time, not wallow in it.

The second is that it's a good Christian (and theoretically conservative) principle to hate the sin, and love the sinner. That is not only the mark of a pleasant soul, but it's good politics. Insults and slurs like this only help the MSM paint conservatism in general as Sharia-lite. It's like handing them free ammo. It may please certain segments of the right's base, it only serves to make conservatism unattractive to the average American.

In case you haven't checked look at a photo of Ronald Reagan, and then look at a photo of Anne Coulter.

They are not alike. And their roles are distinctly different. Anne inspires and shows the way.

She actually got three leading candidates to denounce her for an off hand remark she made that is political truth!

She revealed how politically correct the candidates are. None of them will be able to win the presidency in that mode, and they are waiting for the Dems to get nasty first, hell the Dems been nasty to pubbies for nigh on three years. Who you foolin?

Yourself

Excuse me. This is the second or third time this thread I've seen this analogy. It's idiotic. Homosexuality is a lifestyle. A behavior choice. There is no scientific evidence to the contrary.

Do not attempt to legitimize homosexuality by comparing it to someone's ethnicity.
