That "inside info" part was sarcasm aimed at the FOX roundtable, not you. Sorry, don't want you thinking I'm jumping on you.

All the more reason to support him then. Drive by media does not like him!

I guess Fred is getting some traction. He's better than the current top three for sure, although he did vote for CFR, a mistake I believe. I was mistaken about his age in a prior post. He was born in 1942, so he is 65. As an aside Tommy Thompson was born in 1941.

Somebody get a new FR poll up and running that has Thompson on it.
So far he's looking like a keeper here on FR.
To: onyx
Isn't it interesting that it is the same ones on EVERY thread?

I've been keeping my powder dry. I've liked Fred Thompson from day one. This man has GRAVITAS! in spades. What a presidential bearing. And smart and educated. He could be our new Ronald Reagan.

Fred has a woman problem. He's toast.Well, at least he hangs out with women instead of dressing like them.

I hope you don't mind, but we don't NEED you to tell us what Thompson thinks; we can find out ourselves. I was being helpful by posting information about Thompson as it relates to some conservative issues on a conservative forum. If you can't keep from ridiculous, unprovoked personal attacks, maybe you should resist responding to my posts. I did nothing in this thread to deserve your vitriolic response. Knock it off.

Let Fred say it, then I'll believe it.
I can't remember when Fred has been right - and I LIKE Fred.

Most interesting to me is the speed at which some are so willing to dump Rudy.I caught that too.
Like a hot rock.
Didn't Thompson have a son go to Iraq?
Hunter's my choice. I want to see more on Fred, as well. But, think of a rudy-mcpain ticket. Good God!
