One could never call him handsome, steady and an 'in charge' kind of aura.
Just what this country is looking for.

Did you support Bush in 04? Because he signed that McCain Feingold bill, and pushed the drug benefit. If Fred is more conservative than Bush on the border, I'm in. Fred would be so much better than the three RINO's who seem to think that one of them is the inevitable nominee. Yes. I held my nose and voted for Bush in 00 and 04. Even did some campaigning for him in both general elections. I haven't written Fred Thompson off just because he supported CFR and restrictions on issue ads. I just mentioned it because conservatives may have an issue with that. Yes, I know Bush made the mistake of signing CFR, but I voted for him anyway. Similary, I don't know why I couldn't be convinced to vote for Thompson in the General Election.

I thought he was a Senator after Hollywood? Nope. He was minority counsel for the Senate Watergate Committee. That's were he earned his gravitas. But, that was a long time ago.

I don't think that's spam, at least not yet. It can become spam when it shows up in every thread in which the syllables "Fred Thompson" are uttered, particularly more than once, I grant you that. But at this point it's news to me (the chart).

Who is Fred Thompson and why should I vote for him, as opposed to, say, Duncan Hunter?
Because Fred Thompson is a conservative who has the name recognition to win.
'
Hunter does not and will not.
To: JRochelle
I think photos should accompany all his threads. :0)

Giuliani is still be my first choice, at this point, but if Thompson runs, he would be a very close second choice.

Please do NOT try to support Fred Thompson. Who the fuggg do you think you are, telling people who they can and can't support?

And from the "On the issues" page, he looked pretty good on social issues. No problem there.
