I hope so, because I missed the speeches this morning --- and yes, JR said that too, which was my point in recalling that butt boy was butt boy back then too.

Playing up Reagan's "optimistic leadership" - but ignores Reagans actual ideas especially those of a socially conservative nature. I guess since Reagan put his pants on one leg at a time, then somehow that makes Giuliani comparable. Giuliani invoking Reagan is just plain wrong. You're wrong.
Read Rudy's speech that he made at the Reagan library. In it he talks specifically about many Reagan ideas and his support of those ideas.

So are you channeling someone with those thoughts? You are doing exactly what you accused me of last night. The difference is that you have no clue what you are talking about. If you take the humorous picture as a sign of bestiality, you have a more serious problem than I thought. What you wrote is obviously the way you think. So sad.

Well, if he keeps that up, the "noisey right" will probably not acknowldege that Rudy exists in November 2008. One is much more important than the other. Like him or not, Rudy has the capability to carry it off without them. Even if he isn't the Republican nominee, and I don't think that's in the cards, he will be able to be one of the first viable independents. If he has to resort to that, the social right will be totally cut off.

Rudy Guiliani accomplished miracles in turning New York City from a cesspool to a veritable paradise -- a process which had zero to do with pursuing liberal policies and *everything* to do with executing conservative policies. I am sure as an Arizonian, you are far more familiar with Rudy Guiliani's record as Mayor, than I am, as a life-long New Yorker. Good post Bill. Most local conservatives saw Rudy do some pretty good things, yes "executing conservative policies".
