I bet algore has photos of himself in every room.
he just wanders around all night mumbling to himself, " I should have been President, I should have been President."

"The office of the former vice president and former presidential candidate told Thinkprogress.org that he has signed up for 100 percent "green" power through Green Power Switch..."

What they don't say is that he probably did that the day after the research report's findings were reported in the news. What a putz.

Q:How many Al Gores does it take to change light bulb?

A:An impossibility...Al can REMOVE a light bulb...you turn it to the left.

To INSTALL...you have to turn to the right.

Gore calls on Americans to conserve energy by reducing electricity consumption at home. Using Gore's fresh win at the Oscars as a backdrop, the new report said Gore's energy consumption has jumped by about 14 percent since the movie's release. The Gore household averaged 16,200 kWh per month in 2005, and 18,400 kWh per month in 2006. The report also said that the Gore's natural gas bills for his mansion and guest house averaged $1,080 per month last year.

Sure tells it all.

"Algore's dad never yelled at him "shut the door, I'm not heating the neighborhood!!!""

No, he yelled that to the black hired help, probably the maid they would leave in the car while the family went into an all-white restaurant to eat.

he buys carbon offsets: a service that indirectly tries to reduce the total carbon emissions of individuals or organizations.

This is the core of what Kyoto was all about...it's a camouflaged wealth redistribution scam. So Gore doesn't actually reduce his own carbon footprint, instead he pays someone else to do it...but they aren't actually reducing anything either, they just aren't using the average amount. It's all a bogus shell game. Why aren't they investigating rather there is actually any REDUCTION in carbon use by this company he's paying?

No surprise here. It's the standard Liberal Answer:

Gore: "I did some ineffective, symbolic things, and I talked about it. I was compassionate and caring about the issue. I pretended to care. The bottom-line realities are really beside the point. Therefore, I'm fine."

My most recent gas and electric bill, even with below zero weather here in central New York, was $160 this month. Of course, I live in a two bedroom apartment, not a 20 room mansion like the Gores.

it's where you pay a company and they promise to release less green house gases by an amount directly related to how much $ you give them. You may or may not be getting scammed.

[What the hell is a "carbon offset"???]

I think it's when you give money to global warming activists, so they will ignore your excessive polluting.

"Gore uses compact florescent bulbs..."

Are these the bulbs that Rush was talking about the other day...the ones that contain Mercury?

Gore's representatives said he also has installed solar panels and uses compact fluorescent bulbs...

What about the Mercury used in those fluorescent bulbs? This will just result in more contamination of the planet. Thanks again Al.
