Last August alone, according to Johnson' group, Gore burned through 22,619 kilowatt-hours of electricity, more than twice the amount in one month that an average American family uses in an entire year. Why is this not surprising?!

I wish someone would do the total "carbon footprint" of the Hollyweirdos who gathered last night. And the diamonds? Hey, here's a clue, they are ALL Blood Diamonds.

Um, wouldn't this be TVA electricity, as in water turbine energy....as in another green source of energy not derived from fossil fuels? Just asking.

I have an explanation.
Algore is growing high quality marijuana and the gro lights and hydroponics are consuming that energy. It also explains why Al is so wacked out and out of touch with reality.
To: wagglebee
His fridge and microwave obviously working overtime might be one reason it isn't.

Which means that environmentally intelligent practices have been integrated fully into every aspect of the planning and production of these Academy Awards I swear I didn't see any Toyota Prius Stretch limo's pull up at the red carpet. All the light bulbs I saw were not low wattage and where was the biodegradable toilet paper and outhouses insead of using the Royal Quiet Flush toilets?

Gore food consumption is 20 times the national average! He sits on planes and uses that fuel while refueling himself at 20 times the national average. So much for GOREbal warming.

That's okay. Gore will tell you that he's electrically neutral because he bought the excess usage from some guy in a hut by a rice field in China.

so it's a "moral issue" huh Al-gee haven't you lefties been telling us since the '60s-that "you can't legislate morality. I guess unless it's you deciding what is "moral". Hey Al am I to assume that you liberals are now on board with nuclear power-"clean and green".

i think the next big scam is this whole "carbon credit" baloney. i can run my car, boat, house, ect all i want as long as i pay for my "carbon credit".
if algore were in charge, who do you think would be collecting these "carbon credits"?
