Does simply not being anti-gay qualify as pro-gay? What is "pro-gay" anyways?

To some merely not hating gays is being pro-gay. In my definition being pro-gay is being in support of affirmative action like preferences and crime legislation that somehow makes their crime better(or worse) then a crime against a straight person. It also means being beholden to their special interest groups.

Pro gay? Wanting to teach your children acceptance ofalternative lifestyles based on sexual orientation in public schools. Classifying homosexuals as a class needing gov't protection/affirmative action. Forcing chuches to recognize gay "marriages". Classifying anti-gay slurs or perceived slurs as hate speech. Pushing for hate crimes legislation. Pushing for unfettered gay adoption. The list goes on and on.
