Slick and Janet Reno should have been charged with murder!In the film, Reno is shown before the commission saying that having National Guard heavy armor was "like having a good rental car", and then chuckling. It was a bizarre statement, and even the panel members were incredulous.

Anyone that has been around the government and its acquisition system knows it took years and a ton of money to put together that commando squad
Once you have it, you need to show that it works.
