Do none of our other Republican candidates even compare to Rudy's superior military/war experience and knowledge?

His liberal positions on abortion and guns don't phase me because the voters won't allow a repeal in today's climate. In fact, those liberal postions may give rise to the BlueDogs again.

the best in all of the USA? no, I never made that claim. some others might have, but the context is important. not everyone in the US is running for president, so the scope of the question is important. that's why I said in my reply: Colin Powell is certainly more qualified in military and affairs of State, to be CIC, then Rudy Giuliani. I wouldn't argue that comparison (as an example). But Powell isn't running.
