Jesus: Tales from the Crypt

Brace yourself. James Cameron, the man who brought you 'The Titanic' is back with another blockbuster. This time, the ship he's sinking is Christianity.

In a new documentary, Producer Cameron and his director, Simcha Jacobovici, make the starting claim that Jesus wasn't resurrected --the cornerstone of Christian faith-- and that his burial cave was discovered near Jerusalem. And, get this, Jesus sired a son with Mary Magdelene.

No, it's not a re-make of "The Da Vinci Codes'. It's supposed to be true.

This stuff must come up every generation - the "smartest kid in the class" brings forth great revelations that everything we were taught all our lives is wrong, "... and here's the proof!" Trouble is, it won't hold up .... but the Bride of Christ will remain.

Imagine how fast the Islamofreaks would issue a fatwa for Cameron's head if this were the tomb of Mohammed he claimed to have discovered?

Here's a clue Cameron, if you actually find the tomb of Jesus Christ, it will be EMPTY because as the Angels said on that first Resurrection Morning, 'He Is Not There'.

Mohammed's tomb?

I hear the maggots are so desperate now that they've opened up a genuine Pure Pork BBQ joint in whatever is left of Mohammed's skull.

What was it the serpent told Eve when he wholly seduced her? "Thou Shalt not surely die." What did he tempt Jesus
with in the Wilderness? Was it not all the stuff and nonsense this producer seeks? What profit a man if he should gain the whole world but lose his very sole.
Life is too short to bother with such vain entertainments.
Isaac Kraamnick and the loony left will no doubt trumpet this from the highest. But it wont make it True.

Exactly!

History channel, last year, Cameron produced a documentary on the exodus. Two hours of clownish history. It was so full of crap, afterwards, I felt compelled to look at a map to verify that egypt was real.

As a History Channel fan, there are times then their history is a bit slanted. I have to watch their documentaries with a grain of salt.

The Hollywood Left would feed Christians to the lions again if they thought there was a buck to be made.

It's hard to outdo the Greatest Story Ever Told. All of these Hollywood inspired sequels just fall flat.

I was actually spell bound by The Exodus Decoded, and I'm a believer. However, this new film is ridiculous. 1. The names were among the most popular and several tombs around that time frame contained the same names. 2. Jesu's family was from Nazereth, not Jerusalem, so it wouldn't make sense for them to be buried there.

I just wish those who so desperately try to discredit Christianity, would go after other religions with the same amount of obsessive vigor.

Well, since every good Christian is Jesus' brother...

He's just another angry Christian basher. Probably a homo too.

Every year, especially at Christmas and Easter, the MSM gets stories on the Real Jesus, the Dead Jesus, the Carried Awary by his disciples Jesus. The trouble is, with our adelpated education system, kids will probably believe this. The fact that TV and books present pseudoscientifichistorical material on TV, bangs into the skulls full of mush lots of undermining material. Not only to their possible faith but to real intellectual debate and factual presentations.
