I disagree, and do so as someone who voted for Hunter in that poll. While tiresome, and 100% wrong, I don't think the Rudy supporters should be banned. Diversity of opinion is what keeps us sharp and makes this site interesting.

That said, I do find it humorous that some posters who have previously been the most bold in calling for others to either support the GOP or leave this site have suddenly developed a persecution complex. Funny how that works...

I agree, they should not be banned, unless they get pushy, jerky and arrogant like the ignorant post to which you just replied. Fine, let them have their liberal views, but when they start calling supporters of the conservative candidate liberal trolls, that's a good indicator they really don't have the conservative viewpoint expected of members of FR.

I am still here and still posting. I like to make fun of several posters that are calling for us to be banned. I think it is humorous that all of a sudden I have turned into a liberal or whatever based on who I support. It is like group think or you are out! I have never marched to the same drummer as some Freepers on here and probably won't in the future because I like to research and think for myself.

Came on here in 1999 supporting then Gov Bush and got trashed so some things never change. I love it when they keep pinging the Mod or Jim when they don't like something. Reminds me of little kids tattling. Only time I hit abuse is if it is obscene or a personal attack.

Denying Rudy is a LIBERAL is like denying the sun rises in the east.
What is one labeled (called) who supports a Liberal politician? It 'ain't' moderate, or RINO or conservative - it's LIBERAL.
It's been proved time and time again here that Rudy's 'convictions' and Hillary's are 'almost' identical'.
Rudy is at best, a political twin of Joe Lieberman.
Ergo, Rudy having an 'R' after his name is a distinction without a difference.

When Rudy ran for Mayor the 2nd time he did everything but tell the GOP to eat sh*t and die. He disavowed any connection to himself being a Reagan Republican. Rudy was ENDORSED by the LIBERAL Party and Rudy endorsed LIBERAL Democrats time and time again.

Now the last I checked the FR Homepage says this is a conservative website - to advance conservatives ideals. It doesn't say 'moderates', and definitely NOT Liberals.

So again ... if Rudy didn't have that magic 'R', what would be occurring here? The same as if Pro Hillary, pro John Kerry, or any other pro LIBERAL thread was posted.
