well, if you serve food, there are a lot of limits on your property rights from the get go... but hey, fight it if you want to. I don't care.

So if you use your property in the commission of crime that should be allowed?
C'mon. Get off it. Smoking is not illegal in private homes but if laws are passed that penalize smoking into the lungs of kids...then local govt has every right to take action.
