this is too funny:
"I'm sure that many Polish people living in Ireland are disappointed and embarrassed by these remarks," said GLEN spokesman Kieran Rose.
So Mrs Rose is upset that Kacyinski would speak in generalities about homosexuals, yet she will speak generally about Poles living in Ireland...

I have to say I think it is a pity in the context of the contribution that gay people have made not just to the culture, literature and music of his own country, Poland, Name one tinkerbell

Who's going to get upset?
After all, I thought there were just two gay guys in Ireland:
Patrick Fitzgerald and Gerald Fitzpatrick.

During a debate at Dublin Castle yesterday, the Polish President Lech Kaczynski said that homosexual culture was a threat to the survival of the human race and should not be promoted as an alternative lifestyle. What don't they understand about "THEY CAN'T PROCREATE"

"I have to say I think it is a pity in the context of the contribution that gay people have made not just to the culture, literature and music of his own country, Poland, but in general the contribution to so many different aspects of human life, in the past, and as we live it now, Burton said.
He skipped the contribution that gay people always bring with there behavior called AIDS and gay marriage and promoting sex everywhere at any age.
I love the new de facto standard we are all told we have to abide by which is we no longer have he right to oppose gay anything. What gives any of these people the right to tell the rest of us what we have the right to oppose?
His comment was "should not be promoted as an alternative lifestyle."
So if you don't stand up and promote homo sex then you are to be attacked.
I say give em hell.

One wonders if the day will come when the flame of liberty, freedom, justice, and morality - extinguished in the new world - will once again be lit in the old. God works in mysterious ways.

During a debate at Dublin Castle yesterday, the Polish President Lech Kaczynski said that homosexual culture was a threat to the survival of the human race and should not be promoted as an alternative lifestyle. This man is right on! Homosexual acts are acts of grave depravity, and are contrary to natural law. Under no circumstances can they be approved. However, many men and women do not choose their homosexual condition; for most of them it is a trial. Unjust discrimination must be avoided. These people are called to fulfill God's will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord's Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition. Basically they are called to chastity.

Though neither Polish nor Irish, allow me to chime in and say I support Mr. Kaczynski's right to say whatever he wants and I agree with his position on this issue.
Well said! Now if only more politicians had the cojones to stand up to the lavender mafia.
