Virginia Man Faces Charges for Assaulting Republicans

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — A Fredericksburg man is facing several assault charges after police say he hunted down a group of Republicans and confronted them in their home over their beliefs.
Police said Andrew Stone, 23, recently went to a home in Fredericksburg at around 5:30 p.m. after he saw a name and nearby address on a Republican Web site.
Stone confronted three residents about their political viewpoints, police said. When he found out the residents supported the Republican-led war effort in Iraq, police say Stone became enraged.
Stone then hit the homeowner and his roommates several times

If a dim were to try that on my propery, he or she would be missing a few teeth.
Not as do-able today as you might think. My daughter was involved in an altercation last year, where a couple of "individuals" assaulted her, in her own home, and she ended up being convicted of misdemeanor assault, even though it looked like a clear-cut, classic case of self-defense to any rational person...

If this had happened the other way,(which it won't) the headline would have read:
"Right wing extremist attacks peace loving friends. Attacker known to have seen an Assault Weapon once."
But Republicans are the violent ones...at least the MSM tells us that.

I can hardly wait for the DumocRAT national convention in 08. There will be about two thousand of these whacko's marching outside the convention and demanding an immediate end to the Iraq war. It'll be 1968 all over again and hopefully with the same result - a Republican in the White House.

That's what I wondered. Did this guy break in and enter, force himself in the door or what? I can't imagine they would let hime in!
In their place I would have drawn my firearm and commanded this little pissant nose-down into the carpet while I call the cops...

Hmmm, in most states this is not a crime.
Will it be judged a HATE crime? Somehow, I don't think so, yet this involves much more hate than most crimes labelled that way these days.
