A bounty hunter brings a dangerous serial rapist to justice and gets extradited to face the hell of a Mexican prison.
And Scooter Libby faces a possible sentence of 20 years in prison for leaking the name of a CIA employee whose name was already known,
while Bill Clinton’s former security advisor, Sandy Berger, gets a slap on the wrist for stuffing Top Secret documents in his pants and stealing them from the National Archives.

And that is even doubtful, no?? The gunshot wound would have taken him down, yet he RAN AWAY, right??

The bounty hunter didn't break US law, nor was he convicted by a US court, so a pardon by the US president couldn't do him any good. Scooter Libby is NOT on trial for leaking a name in the Plame Game, he is on trial for lying to federal agents. He has not been convicted of NY crime and therefore cannot be pardoned. Same with the Duke LaCross players being persecuted right now. They have not been convicted and therefore cannot be pardoned.

As for Berger, the president did not and cannot CHARGE him with a crime. The Justice Department is responsible for the wrist slap he recieved. President Bush HAS NOT pardononed him. If you want to blame anyone for the Berger fiasco, put the blame where the blame is due: Gonzales.
