In a stunning development in court, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge that the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating faster than normal, according to people who did the embalming on Saturday. As such, the body needs to be examined this week, rather than within the two weeks that had been stipulated before.
Sitting on the stand, Howard K. Stern started to sob loudly when he heard the news

The thought crossed my mind that one of the signs of sainthood in the Catholic Church is the body doesn't decompose. So the opposite would show.......

I'd like to know just to satisfy my curiousity; I haven't been able to find out from the limited number of articles about her that I could stomach.

Agreed. I used to work with the Florida criminal justice system as an I.T. consultant.
I can say from experience that when it comes to Florida, you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.
Remember, Florida is where that mad-dog prosecutor Janet Reno came from. Miami, if I'm not mistaken. Florida seems to BREED mad dog prosecutors gunning for higher office - like the vermin they are.
I think most people running for prosecutor should be strung up from the lamp posts - filthy ambitious dogs without honor or conscience, hell bent on political promotion regardless of how many lives they destroy.

From what I gather, the autopsy results were inconclusive. Usually, medical examiners run toxicology and other tests, but the results may not be available for a minimum of two weeks or more. There is a possibility that those results also may be inconclusive or that someone involved in this mess will endeavor to have the results sealed...so the public may never know.
I heard or read that Anna's mother keep Daniel up until he was 8 yrs old, about the time Anna hooked up with Old Man Marshall.
Thanks. So apparently I haven't missed anything yet. I could really care less who fathered her kid, where they bury her (ANS, not the kid), who gets her money, etc., but I do really want to know what did her in. I'm guessing cardiac stress from drug abuse and bungee dieting.
