In a stunning development in court, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge that the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating faster than normal, according to people who did the embalming on Saturday. As such, the body needs to be examined this week, rather than within the two weeks that had been stipulated before.

Maybe all of the silicone is oozing out...
Her fun sacks will last forever.
The 'fifteen minutes of fame' should have run out on her a long time ago...
Too bad the media coverage hasn't deteriorated yet.
we gave her those 15 minutes ...it's our fault some too
Why do we care about this?

I don't trust this money-grubber.
She got a head start on the deterioration over the last 15 years of her life.
Geeez, you're either alive or you're a sanitation problem.
This pathetic display of the Florida justice system is absolutely mind-boggling. And there is a rumor afoot that that ditzy judge is after a "Judge Judy" type TV series, thus his weird "act" on the bench. At the rate he's going, Anna Nicole will be a puddle of plastic by the time he reaches a decision.
Mercifully, TCM is showing Gunfight at the OK Corral tonight. So I should miss most of the media coverage. :)

You mean another pathetic decision? I wouldn't live in FL on a bet.

If only someone had said that 15 years ago, she'd still be alive. Her son too.
I don't know; Stern has stuck with her a long, long time, including when she had no money.
Her son (who is dead, so weigh accordingly) spoke very highly of Stern in several interviews --- things to the effect that he and his mom would not have "made it" but for Stern's help and affection.
The whole thing is messed up.
What about this gunfight? Tonight? That interests me. Are you serious?
What a legacy she has ledt for herself.
