Levin just said that they have a plan for "maximum success" in Iraq...
That plan, he said, would "get the troops home faster, and the United States out of the Middle East...at a time of civil wars"..
That isn't success...that is running away!!!
Chris Wallace didn't call him on that...or when Levin lied and said that al-Maliki doesn't want the Americans there...it was al-Maliki's PLAN...and he talked about it to Prs. Bush!!
He was slow before but he is even slower now....LOL!
Levin just said that "politics should NOT be in the minds of Democrats or Republicans..this isn't about politics it is about WAR"...
LOL...then what was that NON-binding resolution?? A WAR GAME???

Levin even sounded like he expected to get beat over the head with that argument...but he didn't, as usual...sigh

Samantha, you are totally correct in your description of Piglosi. If the Devil Wears Prada, then the Thug can certainly Wear Armani. She is a major national embarassment, and the people she has put in Leadership reflect her moral bankruptcy.

And that was a courageous thing for him to do .. for he didn't have to. I'll always hold him in the highest regard and respect for that alone, and be ever grateful for his friendship and support.
I know you see him from a completely different angle there domestically in the UK, and like all of us, he's far from perfect; but the WOT is vital, dominant and global .. and he stepped up and braved the attacks and has been a consistently staunch ally for US. God bless him.
Maybe, Txsleuth, but those R's who won really worked for it. No do overs, as the President said. Hopefully that will not happen again.

Yes, but that is Levin's definition of "success":
1. Get the troops home.
2. Let the Middle East (one of the most strategic areas in the world) blow up.
3. Give the Islamist fundamentalists a base and control over the world's economy.
Does Levin have any idea what a complete idiot he is? Or does he just think his audience is made up of idiots?
Krystal saying those who voted to defund the war will have a battle to just win their primaries and deservedly so. Brit then chimed in the Dems are betting politically on our defeat.
Levin isn't an idiot...he is the enemy, and this was his offering of propaganda for the week.

I was kind of disappointed.
Brit brought up Murtha..and his plans to mess up the war..and Chris changed the subject too fast.
I would like to have heard how Mara and Juan would have rationalized him "slow bleeding" the war funds.
