What does the headline mean by "11 more" -- ? I read the story, and it sounds like only 11 Republicans are supporting this measure - so what does "more" mean? Did I miss something - or did the headline writer miss something, or is it a biased headline?

It is imperative for our side to demoralize the defeatists and traitors not only to stand up to their defeatism and treason but also to constantly remind them that they are too weak and too impotent that they can barely pass a "non binding" defeatist resolution in the House and they cannot even pass it in the Senate.
