The media went fishing and hooked one. It is those clown's favorite game and it's called gotcha. The media does not have the brains or the will to report on stories like most government entities are bankrupt or how chain illegal immigration will impact the country. They are looking for hate criminals as if hate is a crime. The PC police strike again. Tim must learn that in this politically correct world, the media only gives passes to hate speech when it targets Christians and Jews.

Penny is not his brother.......

This story is not on ESPN, although the Amache one is still there after several months. To ESPN, homosexuality is more important than the super bowl. Had Manning said these words, he'd been "Rock"ed.

I hate homosexuality. The behavior. But I don't hate homosexuals. Never had a problem getting along with gays, treating them like anybody else. I'm guessing its the reverse with Hardaway. That is, that he likes the same acts as long as it's with or from a woman, but hates the people who are homosexual.

That's a pretty strange view of things. I mean, if the acts involved are between a man and a women, then it's no longer homosexual. Of course I can recognize that there is a "yuck" factor regarding buggery, regardless of whether the participants are gay or straight, but I feel the same revulsion when I see two men kissing.

To be honest, I find two men kissing to be more revolting than heterosexual sodomy.

The locker-room issue is salient here.

We have separate mens and womens locker rooms so that people in a state of undress are not the subject of unwanted sexual attention and sexual appraisal. Sharing a locker-room with someone who finds you sexually interesting, but in whom you have no interest, is odious. Add this, even in the abstract, to a firmly held moral conviction that homoeroticism is wrong, and it is easy to see how someone might lapse over into hatred.

Le Batard took Hardaway to task, pointing out that his comments were “flatly homophobic” and bigoted, but that only seemed to stir up the former point guard.

The above supports Rush Limbaugh's thesis that the sports media is as leftist as the news media.

He must be punished for his bigotry. Lets see, a judge could require that he organize midnight basketball games for gay youth.

Maybe he could be assigned a gay assistant to pick up after him in the locker room for the next four years.

Have him drafted to play ball for the US Gay Games team.

I say that all the time too. I am tired of being labeled "homophobic" when I express disgust at homosexuals. A phobia is an irrational fear of something. I don't fear the queers! It's more like "homo-disgusted"!

The Homophiles will soon be up in arms. I hope this guy gets in their face and doesn't back down.

There is no such thing as a homophobe....merely a healthy individual disgusted by deviants.
