Thank you, I had that copied and was just about to post when I saw yours.
All the graphs depict a linear increase over time that looks almost too good to be true, like watching a bucket fill from a regulated tap.

He just means "has been growing a whole lot!" But even growing a lot really doesn't mean a lot in terms of any warming effect because after a point you could double the CO2 and increase any putative warming effect only a fraction of a percent.
