Giuliani and farmers. Now that's a phrase you don't hear everyday.

Isn't anyone at least a little suspicious of the MSM on FR anymore? How is it that we get article after article detailing the tiniest flatulence of Rudy and nary a peep from the other GOP candidates?

Could it possibly be that we're just following their drumbeat for a Rudy run? Surely, the others have said something in front of someone! I don't like him as our candidate anyway but I'm doubly vexed that he's the media's favorite...

It's obvious how certain events have boosted his political status. Regardless of his views, his head seems to big for his hands.

"'"American farmers, they need water, they need labor and they need a level playing field."

"they need water"?? Does this mean Rain Dance or is he talking about draining the Great Lakes?

One is silly and the other will cost you all the votes in the Great Lakes states.

"Giuliani to Farmers: I'm Running (for President of the United States in 2008)"

Ok, then I'm building an underground vault for my legally owned firearms. The right to own these, were once protected by the Constitution.

So, now that we are going to toss out that Constitutional right, might we as well attack a few others.

How about we start with the freedoms that the media have abused at the detriment to ALL of our freedoms.

"American farmers, they need water, they need labor and they need a level playing field."

Translation: I'll help you steal water from neighboring states and I'll keep the borders wide open. Maybe I'll shake my fist at Europe and other closed markets.

His remarks about running sooner and harder than he expected don't surprise me. He almost has to in order to appeal to the same liberal and especially NYC-based financial support. He is, after all, competing with Hillary for money since they are essentially the same liberal candidate.
