Maybe the good folks at CAIR can let us know how the integration of western thought is happening in Islamic culture- no stereotypes etc there I'm sure- *rolls eyes*

There is nothing irrational about my distrust, fear, and downright disgust of the moronic death-cult called islam.

Awww shucks. That's too bad. They complain because of something they have instituted? All they are trying to do is put everyone else on the defensive. Get pro-active and condem what the radicals are doing.

Phobia, as I understand it, means an irrational fear....my fear is far from irrational.

So hear we go - The victimization of Muslims begins. Western society (Are you listening whitey?) needs to understand muslim anger and have compassion for their plight. Hate the sin but love the sinner. You know what? F&*k that. Until Muslims can decide which side they want to be on (destruction and mayhem versus law and democracy) they will get no free passes from me. Earn my respect cause it will never be given because some MSM talking head tells me I am a bad person for distrusting Muslims.

Muslims have shown no interest in integrating. So why are they surprised when they're viewed as outsiders?

There's a business opportunity here. Someone should print "Islamophobe" on a t-shirt.

" . . . radical agenda of Islamists who do not hide the fact that they want to transform the United States into an Islamic country governed by shari'a. These Islamists offer a caveat, that is, they want this transformation to be done without terrorism or violence, using only the political process to Islamicize American society."
So it's okay to stone women, deprive them of their rights of property and force them to wear burkhas not to mention eliminate Christianity (and Christians) as long as we voted for it? These people need to be . . . converted. I will pray that they will embrace my religion so they won't force me to embrace theirs.

When you've got imams preaching murder, maiming, and mayhem, then Islam has less in common with religion than it does with organized crime. Other religions teach their believers to be tolerant. Islam teaches that members of other religions are sub-human.

The result, according to CAIR, is that the West has put up barriers, "stereotypical assumptions and misguided pronouncements regarding beliefs, attitudes and customs," making integration of Muslims into Western civic and political systems more difficult.
Not in America!

It's just like the term Japanophobia, which is used to describe an irrational fear of japanese.
Likely effects maybe less the .000001% of the population. The real disease in this world appears to be albophobia but it's rather an unknown term.
Google pages for albophobia = 214
Google pages for Japanophobia = 38,400
Google pages for islamophobia = 1,260,000
Something seems out of place or is an epidemic.

Exactly. And irrationality is the absence of reason. It is very reasonable to be fearful of people who loathe our very existence.

You're not paranoid if they really are out to get you. Islam has shown not just abundant, but overwhelming evidence that yes, they really are out to "get" us. Not only does Islam have an incontrovertible agenda to dominate the globe (including domination of every single person who does or does not adhere to the Islamic world view), this agenda permeates their philosophy and world view. Honestly, it's entirely irrational NOT to be highly resistant to Islam.
To: EveningStar
It is not a phobia, their religion dictates that they cannot tolerate non-muslims. Pretty cut and dry.
