If Specter and Guliani aren't liberals, then the term has no meaning. That others wish to ignore that fact doesn't do a thing to those of us who won't.If you can't see the difference between those two and Lincoln Chaffe or Kerry or Kennedy then you are beyond hope.
A 45 ACU rating is not the same as a 5 ACU rating.

Giuliani probably fits right in the middle of that range. I went through an exercise with another Freeper last week in which we documented Giuliani's track record on ten major issues, and the end result was that he probably warrants an "equivalent ACU rating" of 20-25.
