I heard a snippet of Osama's speech on Saturday on the news in which he specifically stated that he had a plan that would bring the troops home by March....of 2008!

My question would be...how is he proposing to do that? The election's not until November, and he certainly can't snap his fingers and make things happen all by his lonesome in the Senate.
