...agreed. Also, wasn't it the next state over that banned trans-fats from restaurants? No smoking. No driving while on a cell phone. It's all for our own good. ~sarc
Yeah, and New York is trying to make it illegal to walk across the street while wearing headphones or talking on the phone. I think they ought to have agents on every corner to hold our hands as we cross, but they haven't gotten to that point. Yet.
I make it a point to not drive very much, and I stay off the roads as much as possible. I have a CDL and a lot of road experience.
Driving while on the cell phone is a genuine problem.
Most people are not very good at driving in the first place, and a cell phone turns such folks into an outright menace.
