Yeah, and New York is trying to make it illegal to walk across the street while wearing headphones or talking on the phone. I think they ought to have agents on every corner to hold our hands as we cross, but they haven't gotten to that point. Yet.
Next legislation will be to make us wear a "Pedestrian Air Bag" when crossing the street. I can see that coming.

The concept of this database may have been well intended; but not when you have power hungry dictators that want to cash in on private citizens.
