Say, Mezoamerican civs finished off by the Spanish. Another example would be the tribal cultures of North America [together comprising a primitive civilization], which survive on reservations only.

Leftists fall into believing that Judeo-Christian Europe is cultural imperialist who oppressed other cultures, including Islamic culture. So, to make an egaliterian world, the 'strong' imperialist must be made weak so that it would recognize the 'others'.
