IS THERE A SOURCE FOR THAT ASSERTION?
 
I TOTALLY BELIEVE IT, BUT I'D LIKE TO SHARE THE INFO WITH A FEW FRIENDS.

Go into any public hospital emergency room and you will see the listing of interperters and interpitive languages available.
