Here it is! Rudy is officially running as a Republican for those people who didn't believe it!
He declared Republican?
I believe he is running. I just do not believe he is a republican. This rino makes a better democrat.
He also took pains to put to rest any questions that he would seek office as an independent.
"I'm running as a Republican,"he told reporters. "I'll run in the Republican primaries, and if I get selected, wonderful, and if not, I'll support the Republican candidate."
I'm leaning towards supporting Rudy because I believe he is a strong leader, that he will prosecute the WOT as well or better than Bush, that he can win and that he won't threaten my conservative beliefs. But, if I hear him say anything that threatens gun ownership (I used to hunt, but now I enjoy shooting sporting clays, trap and skeet), or if he intends to expand abortion rights in any way (I know he said he opposes partial birth abortion, but I hope he comes out in favor of States' rights to restrict abortions), then I'm gone.
