McCain is the absolute worst kind of RINO- an unstable renegade RINO who likes to rub his RINOness in the face of conservatives and ask them how they like it (e.g. Gang of 14, McCain-Kennedy Bill). Rudy is a team player- he wants to be liked by conservatives and I think he will be getting some religion as the campaign wears on. And he is at heart a strong leader with a law-and-order disposition.
I agree completely. John McCain is uncontrollable, unpredictable, and I think somewhat mentally unstable.
Giuliani is articulate, good with the press, a great leader, and has the possibility of being a great President, especially in war-time.

You hit the nail on the head. The War on Terror is THE most important issue of our times. Whether people will realize it or not, it tops everything else in importance. Literally, our survival and the survival of the Western World as we know it, is at stake. Losing sight of this at the expense of other issues is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Yes, indeed.

Good.....now how about Newt? Somebody needs to tap Gingrich on the shoulder and tell him that is is close second or third place in polls, 16%, despite never making any movements towards the White House or having even raised a single dollar. And that he's probably the only potential conservative candidate who can save this party from nominating the likes of John McCain or Rudy Giuliani. Go for it already Newt!

Let`s just hope Rudy doesn`t "Lazio out" and let Hellary walk all over him. "Oh I don`t want to run a negative campaign so I am not going to bring up Ms. Rodhams past."

Amnesty to the hordes of illegal aliens - all of them criminals - will cause irreversible harm to this country both directly and indirectly on numerous levels and will lead to further invasions. If you believe these hordes with their high rates of violent crimes and rejection of family values will improve our gene pool and our way of life, you are greatly mistaken. I think it's a done thing, and the best we can hope for at this point is deportation of criminals, prosecution of employers and defence of the border, because amnesty won't solve any of those problems, they'll keep coming. Solely in the context of that issue, which is a law enforcement issue, I don't see Rudy at a disadvantage.

If Rino Rudy wins the primaries, I will go third party. And you'll have dozens of third parties to choose from. The Democratic nominee thanks you.

I'm late getting the news too, Peach! No doubt there will be warfare on the FR threads from now on! I just want a candidate that will defeat Hillary and be strong on WOT...my 2 requirements.

Not the case if you go over and look at the postings at DU. Many are saying they'll hold their nose and vote for her. I'd prefer to see them go third party, the Greens are still out there. Guess Dems aren't all stupid.

Yes and he'll be on Hannity and Colmes tonight. I gotta hand it to Sean Hannity - He's Quick! LOL!A51--FNC started this promo before 9 this AM. It was at that point I figured Rudy would make his announcement--in NYC, on a cable news show hosted by two New Yorkers.

They will see Hitlary as unelectable and dump her. Watch and see how the smell of money (and her ability to produce it) will help keep her as a formidable front runner.
