Unfortunately, while he may be an idiot, he's right. The simple fact, whether we like it or not, IS that the Constitution "means" whatever the "Nine Anointed Ones" decide it means. How else do we explain Roe v Wade, or McCain/Feingold CFR. While these may be terrible law, completely at odds with the actual wording of the Constitution, it's the law of the land.
