Nice tie.

Didn't these people call Vietnam a Civil War? This is far from a civil war. This is Iran sending terrorists to organize opposition to Democracy. The North and the South are peaceful. McCain is right for once.

Pray for W and Our Troops

"The newly worded resolution states that Congress "should not take any action that will endanger United States military forces in the field, including the elimination or reduction of funds for troops in the field."

If this isn't capitulation I don't know what is.

"This is not a cut and run resolution," Hagel said.

Either he's lying or he's obtuse. Either way Senator Hagel, an otherwise stalwart conservative, has lost it on Iraq and islamofascism.

McCain is making a flip flopper out of me.

First I hate him, then I like him. He gives me more mindgames than my girlfriend.

"I don't think it's appropriate to say that you disapprove of a mission and you don't want to fund it and you don't want it to go, but yet you don't take the action necessary to prevent it," McCain said."

It's appropriate if you are a "spork". "Sporks" (as in those plastic "part spoon, part fork" utensils) don't do either task (victory or defeat) very well but it's easy for a spork politician to claim he/she is doing either, depending on what is best for his or her political self-interest at any given time. McCain is committed to victory. Hillary is a spork.
