Why not invest some of the goverment treasury in Exxon/Mobil and take part in realizing "obscene profits"? (cattle futures suddenly come to mind, but I digress). Oh, of course, Uncle Sam would also have to absorb the losses in down years, eh comrade Hillary?

In the Marines we have a saying that goes something like this:
Lead -- Follow -- or Get out of the way.
If you insist on arguing semantics, try arguing one of those.

You will never hear this over the next two years by the MSM. She basically can say whatever she wants because she got an MSM pass.

Yes like - We're going to take those massive Hollywood profits, the largest in the history of the world mind you, and put them into a fund to support a strategic better-entertainment development plan!

Damn! She is one angry bee-otch! Well, the late Barbara Olsen had it right with Hell to Pay. Except if she gets elected, it will be us who have hell to pay!

Those profits are already in a "strategic energy fund", since the oil companies plow them back into finding and exploiting new oil fields. The only thing Her Highness wants to change is who controls the money - i.e., herself.

Maybe we need to retroactively tax short term investments a lot higher--say as in cattle futures.

Why don't we demand Hillary's cattle futures profits? Surely they would benefit the "common good"/s

From the 2005 annual report:
Excise taxes: $30.742 billion
Other taxes and duties: $41.554 billion
Income taxes: $23.302 billion
Total from just those three lines of taxes: $95.598 billion
vs
Net Income: $36.130 billion
So, in 2005 taxes were nearly three times the net profit. How much more does that Stalinist want?

Agreed. I don't know how any man could vote for her, after hearing her speak-she sounds like a typical shrew laying down the law to her (first) husband. I turn the volume down to just above zero, and she's STILL annoying!

Don't you LOVE how she gradually raises her voice near the end of that sentence in order to build up for a rousing applause.
She's horrid.

While I'd love to hear her infamous words, my computer won't emit any sound even though I've check the volume control, and it's working fine. The picture is fine but no sound.
