Among Libs, the global warming controversy is treated like a "pravda" truth : "case closed" is the new title chosen by the Time Magazine. Great. It is no more science (i.e. advancing by hypothesis), it is a totalitarian conclusion.

Professor Lindzen, of the MIT, who complained about the stupidity of saying greehouse gases are responsible of the climate change (http://www.opinionjournal.com/extra/?id=110008220), explained in the Wall Street Journal that scientists are more looking for fundings than actual scientific truths, and they block every dissent voice.

TM editors probably agree with the man who asked for Nuremberg trials for climate skeptics or the anchor of Weather Channel who wondered why climate skeptics among scientists were not immediately fired.

Great. Congratulations. To TM and all libs. You are real new nazis. One truth and chase the dissents.

I applaud anyone's efforts to point out the abject totalitarian nature of this "global warming religion". I'm disinclined to call them "nazis", though, because it is not likely to change minds. Maybe it's because conservatives have been called that so many times.

I've noticed that many "scientific" articles that appear in the popular press follow a certain format, like a three-act play:

1. Inflame, frighten or enthuse the reader.

2. State that we are not totally certain yet.

3. But with more funding, ...

Nitrogen is about 70% of atmosphere, Oxygen about 23%, Carbon Dioxide is about 5%. I dont get it. How can something that is used in phosynthisis of all the plant life on the earth cause a " greenhouse" effect?

CO2 is also absorbed into rock in the tropics. See Oolitic limestone.

Totalitarian utopians might be a better name. After all, these whackoes are the new proponents of pacifist socialism in not only the weather area but of course in war. Islamofascism and Global warming are now two agendas that the Left must support because not to do so, would mean that their whole lefty agenda would be open to question.
