I don't know why Rudy didn't nuke Hillary in this last election.
He would have lost. He couldn't have even won in 2000, when she was relatively unpopular and he was enormously popular as mayor of the City of New York. In 2006, she had 70% approval ratings and $35,000,000 in the bank. She would have trounced Rudy or any candidate.
If you mean the NY Senate race he stepped down because of his diagnosis w/ prostate cancer. He sat out the election while he was receiving treatment (which is totally understandable).

I thought I would read all the way through, but you struck a nerve with your comment.
Rudy FORFEITED the nomination when he did not remove Hillary in either of his two chances in NY. He put himself before country and now with the issues added...He is unacceptable to me.
Thanks for making my position clear...to me!
Because as he has said before about Bill's positions in '96, "Most of Clinton's positions are similiar to mine".
Why should he work to remove someone whose liberal positions are mostly the same as his?? The last thing in the world he needed was a voting record in the Senate--highlighting his LIBERAL AGENDA with an actual 'track record'!!
Especially in a liberal state like New York,,,,either one of the arrogant, narcissistic, power-hungry, liberal lawyers from New York would satisfactorily match the state's liberal bent!!
