For those arriving Friday, please consider joining the FReepers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center at 7:00. The DC Chapter has held a support the troops rally and countered Code Pink at the gates of Walter Reed every Friday since March 30, 2005.
Come join the fun as we honor our wounded warriors! You may have the opportunity to meet a few of these outstanding men and women, as they frequently come out to say hello!
Now that is one inspiring painting. All happened in my neck of the woods, many many years ago. Valley Forge, Brandywine, Battle of Trenton, crossing of the Delaware. Such determination to throw of the yoke of misrepresented government. Gotta get ready to shovel the ice and snow, clean up car and head off to work. Gotta close the store at 11PM, assuming we will stay open till 10PM tonight. Have a great day.
