For those arriving Friday, please consider joining the FReepers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center at 7:00. The DC Chapter has held a support the troops rally and countered Code Pink at the gates of Walter Reed every Friday since March 30, 2005.
Come join the fun as we honor our wounded warriors! You may have the opportunity to meet a few of these outstanding men and women, as they frequently come out to say hello!

-as soon as someone gets back to me ( E'ed Kristin already and a few others) I WILL be coming down that Friday- staying over and hopefully if I can find my way- come help out at W.R.'s- and Then go to the Rally Sat. and staying over that Sat. Night too!
-If ANYONE ELSE in the NEW YORK, Westchester County, White Plains, Larchmont, New Rochelle are will be doing the same--KNOWS of a "Near By Hotel" ( Who CARES about $, as long as it is Accesable and easy tomake it to the rally by foot/cab)
too- I will be coming down by BUS If I can't get a ride down- I THINK I can get a ride back form a few friends coming down I talked into going Sunday moring or the bus againfrom here ( only 5 hours)
BUT--I had WANTED to bring my 9/11 Model- although- I don't know If it Would be helpful for a Rally like this one.
maybe I will just go woith my original idea-
make a "Mini-Wall" out of LARGE Posters- with the Copies of all of YOUR (Freepers here) Idea onthem--
WE ALLcan hold THEM UP infront to BLOCK the LIBBIES exposer to the Wall--and
PREVENT THEM from USING THE WALL as a Back-Drop for THEIR Sad, Twisted cause!
