COVINGTON, La. - Police said they caught a 16-year-old robbery suspect who had eluded authorities on several previous occasions when his baggy pants fell down, causing him to stumble as officers chased him.
"We literally caught him with his pants down," Lt. Jack West of Covington police said.

Just think. Sandy Berger could have even taken more away had he worn baggy pants. And had he tripped, we as a country would be safer, at least wiser, today.

I think the generic term is "Urban Wear".
Gee, ya think? I don't suppose it would hurt if this kid also had a father, and a grandfather to look up to ... but one suspects he doesn't and never did.
