MANCHESTER, N. H., Jan. 27 Rudolph W. Giuliani sounded nearer than ever to being a presidential candidate on Saturday, repeatedly talking about the prospect of running, and inviting voters to judge him by his record as mayor of New York City.

Ah, short responses. A sign when one has conceded the debate.

Indeed, Feb. 5, 2008, may become Super-Duper Tuesday with, perhaps, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Utah voting on the same day.
FYI
besides Arizona going for McCain..I think the blend favors Rudy or Romney. No 1#er like Hunter Dunkin will take NJ, FLA, IL, MO, NM.
Also it puts a lie that the polls are meaningless 2 years out. This will be decided in a year.

Giuliani is going to work to overturn something that he has supported his entire political career? Who do you think you're kidding? The man even supports Partial Birth abortions, aka infanticide. Supporting something and enacting/enforcing the policies of said issue are night and day.

Now, that's funny!
P.S. Rudy does not walk on water....and he will never be President.

Supporting something and enacting/enforcing the policies of said issue are night and day. Go vote for Hillary, then. What the heck's the difference?

I like what he said yesterday:
When I say to you that we should reduce taxes to stimulate the economy, Ill say it to you because I did it and I saw it work, he said. When I say we have to bring peace and security as sort of the beginning of anything, whether its in Baghdad or in other parts of the world or here at home, Ill say that to you because I saw that happen in New York, and I made it happen. I did it.
And that is a fact - let the CONS dispute that, or should I call them CINOS (Conservatives In Name Only.)

Most winners, of either party, rely heavily on independents and swing voters.

Still no refutations of Rudy's fiscal & public safety conservatism. (Captain!! Deploy obligatory Rudy in drag pic! That'll teach the Rudybots!)

he will never be President.
Been hearing that for a year now while he just keeps plowing ahead in the polls.
If that was the case you wouldn't have a FR Rudy Hater Club flop sweating over their keyboards.

You're trying to give the impression that Ronald Reagan gave Rudy some meaningful award, when, in fact, it was Nancy giving him a meaningless trinket at a fundraising event, for fundraising purposes. Knowledgable conservatives, unfortunately for you, understand that her politics are quite a ways to the left of Dutch Reagan's.
You're trying to deceive the ignorant.
But, even if your claims meant anything, which they don't, it wouldn't change the fact that Giuliani's politics are more suited to the Green Party than to the GOP.

Now, tell me ... why he isn't a contender for the Democrat Party or even the Green Party nomination?Because he doesn't have to be. The Libs are playing both ends against the middle.

Most winners, of either party, rely heavily on independents and swing voters. And all winners rely heavily on turning out their party's base. It's job one.

Still no refutations of Rudy's fiscal & public safety conservatism. Liberals who try and lay claim to "fiscal conservatism" always turn out to be liars.

Rudy has wide support among Republicans. Not you, of course, but wide support none the less.
