Good to see both major parties condemning them!
After the Turks in 1924, no more Muslim Empires.

If these muslims ever try to force their ideas on Australia they will meet a resistance that will make Long Tan look like a Sunday school picnic!
"I've been amazed, as a number of my colleagues have, at the fact that Anzac Day, the number of people who participate, seems to be growing every year," he told ABC radio.
"The number of young people participating is just amazing these days."
"I have no observation really as to why there is a sudden upsurge of interest in the way they commemorate Anzac Day."
"One would have thought the level of interest would decrease with time, but the interest has gone forward and it doesn't seem just a curiosity interest, it seems to be a genuine wish to participate in a genuine service of remembrance."

But the arrogance and incompetence of the war planners made this strategy fail. They overestimated their own technological and cultural superiority and underestimated the ability and willingness to fight of their Muslim enemy.

The Turks at Gallipoli were led by the founder of modern Turkey. One of the first things he did was to outlaw Muslim dress etc and he was the founder of a secularist state. Muslims can gain no satisfaction over what happened at Gallipoli. In fact the Turks were considered an honourable enemy and in recent years the RSL has even approved their marching at Anzac parades.
By their standards, they already have.
