I don't see the big deal. Cheney is the VPOTUS, his lesbian daughter is about to have a baby out of wedlock. Answer the questions and move on.
The point is ask everybody the questions and we know they dont, thats the issue not there false sense of concern
He did answer the question. He said Blitzer was out of line. He's right. Cheney was there to answer questions relevant to his position as VP, not questions of a personal nature.
He did, he said it wasn't any of the media's business. Why can't you understand that? What does the personal life of one of V.P. Cheney's children have to do with the politics of today which was the reason Cheney was on the program?
Let it go dude.........
Well, how is this type of question germane to the workings of the body politic? It wasn't a softball question like most of the MSM lob at Democrats and other assorted lefties. It was a question designed solely to embarrass the VP.
You doubtless don't grasp the "big deal", as you so glibly put it. When SNL did a skit on Chelsea, calling her a "babe-in-waiting", Bill & Hillary screamed long and loud that Chelsea was off limits, and so the media obliged. When Al Gore's son ran into difficulties, I don't recall the press seeking to ask Al and Tipper questions designed to elicit answers that would embarrass themselves and their children.
Politicians are public figures, yes, but they also have private lives that deserve a modicum of respect.
The reason you don't see the big deal is because you don't get it - period.
