Is Rudy allowed to change his positions on anything? Or are they all frozen in time?
Sure he is. He can change his positions all he wants. But if nobody believes him, what will that accomplish?
I've lived in PA and NJ. I've had a second-row seat to Rudy's tenure as mayor. I know who/what he is and as a conservative, I want no parts of that.
And don't think the MSM is going to give him a pass because he's liberal. They won't. If he gets the nomination (God forbid!), before it's over he'll be tarred as a racist, fascist (to alienate him from the left) and a cross-dressing "gay" divorcee (to alienate him from the right). If you thought the James Byrd commercials the Dems ran were bad, you ain't seen nothing yet. The left has plenty of material to work with. Trust me.
Rudy would be lucky to get 35% of the vote in a general election.

By the time the media gets done with him, the squishy middle will treat Rudy like the Hanta virus. He's got WAAAAY too much baggage.

Thanks for the post. Only Rudy gets it about the UN, and if elected, may even pull out of that worthless organization.
It'll be hard for the Rudy bashers to spin this.

His years as Energy Secretary are actually his weak point. The espionage at Los Alamos occurred on his watch.

Duncan hunter would be great, by the way where does he stand against hillary in the polls? To the best of my knowledge, such a poll has yet to be taken. I'm pinging Antoninus because he runs the Hunter ping list and would probably have a better idea than myself.
It is encouraging, however, that Hunter won a recent GOP primary straw poll of the GOP delegates of Arizona, even beating out home-state favorite McCain!

a typical politician prosecutor who does anything for a "win" is suddenly to be believed when he lawyerly has an epiphany befor election day and discovers the first 10 amendments?
Rudy has not changed anything. He is Clintoneque and consistent.
He is a RINO then and a RINO now.
But for 9/11 we would not even have to suffer fools of viral advertising.

Interesting selection, since that poll is so old.
The most recent poll that I gave you had Rudy with 19% in Iowa, and the newest poll had him at 17%, though there is no link up yet (I'll add it to the list I've posted to you several times when it's up).

It'll be hard for the Rudy bashers to spin this.Puh-leeze - who is spinning here - the guy who says this?
Only Rudy gets it about the UN,and if elected, may even pull out of that worthless organization.
Please - show me ONE QUOTE from Rudy that expresses any desire to have the US get out of the UN. Also, please show that only Rudy cares about the UN, and that NO OTHER PUBBIE candidate has been harshly critical of it.

If Obama stays in it long enough to show how much support he could get, it would seem to be "incumbent" (haha) on Hillary to choose him for her running mate. But even if she doesn't (for whatever variety of reasons, not least of which might be resentment at Obama's putting up a time-wasting obstacle to her plans and causing her to break stride and lose momentum), then she could go for Richardson. Which would tend to prove, for the umpteenth time, that today's Libs don't want Blacks to EVER get off the plantation. (Their plantation).

Stupid is as stupid does, I am very self employed and have been for years.
My biggest worry is President Hillary Clinton, have you heard of her? If you can't see that open one eye just a little, it may improve your perspective.

As long as conservative Republicans are stupid enough to support liberal Republicans who run for office, we will never have a conservative Republican elected.
We support them, they crap out on us.
By allowing BOTH parties to present only liberal candidates for office, we assure that THEIR political philosphies will triumph and ouors will not.
Giuliani is pro-gay, anti-gun, pro-illegal alien, and pro-abortion. Until he decided to make a national career of himself, he didn;t even support other Republicans for office - he supported their Democrat opponents. He doesn't deserve to be elected President on the Republican ticket.
There are other candidates more effective and more deserving of your support.
If Giuliani gets nominated, the liberal media which supports him will tunr on him and support his democrat opponent. The libs in this country and the leftist and all the Democrats will do so also. Some moderates may vote for him, but some will vote for his opponent. The conservatives will never vote for him.
Do the math.
