A MAN claiming to represent al-Qaeda in Australia has left a telephone message at an Arabic Australian newspaper threatening to kill its editor-in-chief and destroy its offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
Apparently reading from a script, the Arabic-speaking caller threatened to butcher every Iraqi Kurd and Shiite in Australia.
ASIO and NSW police are investigating the message, left for al-Furat editor-in-chief Hussein Khoshnow 10 days ago.
The caller claims his "well-structured organisation" will track down the names and addresses of the newspaper's reporters.
"We will destroy the newspaper's headquarters in Sydney very soon, God willing," the caller says. "We will destroy the newspaper's headquarters in Melbourne. You will be butchered. Every Iraqi Kurd and Shiite in Australia will be butchered."
The threats, made on Sunday, January 14, were left on the answering machine in the newspaper's Fairfield office. They appeared to have been written down and then read over the phone in Arabic.
"Judging by the voice, I think it was a young man and from the way he spoke Arabic, his vocabulary and his accent, I think he might have been born here but of Yemeni or Syrian origin," Mr Khoshnow said.
The caller appeared to assume, incorrectly, that Mr Khoshnow was a Shiite and said: "You Shiites are dogs. You are scum, to be trodden underfoot. From Moqtada al-Sadr to Hassan Nasrallah, all your leaders are dogs and scum. Do not think that the death of Saddam will save you. We will deter you with terrorism here inside Australia.

This is a case of big talk and no action - terror by telephone by some punk with an untracable mobile. The real Al Qaeda would have just blown him up with half the city. Ignore and carry on.
Any bets that this is a Sunni fella? Since It's strongly suggested that He's an Arab, rather than a Local Persian,(once upon a time a much more peacefull and free peaple before Islam "subdued them) he probably belongs to the Wahabi clan, "those addicted to the anus" as they are sometimes called by Shiites.
If MSM wasn't so busy supporting Islam and the terrorists it breeds from Mohammads' teachings, they might increase their readership by writing about Islam's history and "scripture", so that American sheeple could learn why the "religion of peace" is as violent as it is.
So kill the Moslem first, problem solved.
That's probably why they inhabit those places, it's the perfect spot where a cult can be brainwashed into generation after generation, without the worry of more advanced civilizations showing those held captive by it, the truth- or rather, the errors- of it's "scripture".
The fact that technology will eventually reach even the most illiterate and brainwashed muslim, dwelling in the most remote corners of the Saudi desert, (where they still believe they must kill the goat after having sex with it, or sell it to the tribe down the camel trail) is the reason why Islam's mental Mullah's are trying as hard as they can to manifest a war of civilizations. They will never have another chance.
Islam's faithful are going to decline and eventually fade to nothing, like all other rock worship has.
Why would al-Qaeda destroy their most loyal and enthusiastic ally? (well, aside from the Democrats;)
The "real" Al-Qaeda? There is no doubt that this is the "real" Al-Qaeda.
They really are as dumb as they look and act you know. They rely on media (and democrats of course) to pass their message along, and help gain public support. So, they really aren't that dumb. I'll bet you that many leftist loons have read this article and blamed Bush and the evil, capitolist USA and the rest of the free world for their anger towards the "infidel".
Tell that to those who promote diversity here at home.
And the clerics know it. They can only try to rule by fear. Terrorism might be seen as the last ghasp of a dying death cult:
