Hillary will be in court this year in Los Angeles, either as a defendant or a witness. Her husband is a defendant. Paul v Clinton is an historic lawsuit. Although the mainstream media will have to be dragged kicking and screaming, they are going to have to cover the trial. Four false FEC reports and Hillary's lying declaration will finally be known to the voters.

Peter gave over $1.6 million in-kind to Hillary's 2000 campaign because of Bill's promise to come to work for Stan Lee Media for one year. Instead, Bill's business advisor, slimy Jim Levin (a strip club owner and on the Clinton Lie-brary board) used proprietary info to steal SLM's Japanese business partner. They recorded the agreement with Levin and Tendo Oto (with Bill as silent partner) in Illinois just six days after her Nov. 2000 election. SLM had a serious cash crunch in Nov. 2000. When Oto's 5-7 mil did not come into the American company as promised, SLM company collapsed. Investors lost 100 mil in the public company thanks to the interference of the Clintons. This witch is going down.
Oto's intentions:
Oto invested $5 million in the joint venture in Japan. 
Jim Levin spent the night at the White House at least twice in 2000. Now a fence company executive, the government witness contributed $1 million to Clinton's presidential library.

He runs his parents fence company. Well, he doesn't now. He is in jail. When the prosecutor is shown that he violated his plea agreement with perjurious testimony, he is going to be doing more time.
The depositions will be filmed.

Peter filed his civil suit in June 2001. On July 11, 2001, Hillary was served via David Kendall. Included were receipts, cancelled checks, and invoices that proved $1.6 million spent by Peter. Nevertheless, Hillary allowed her treasurer to file a third fraudulent report on July 30, 2001 in which they claimed that "Event 39" cost just over 400K.
