No settlement will happen here. This is not a Paula Jones number. Peter was once worth $35 million. He almost died in a Brazilian prison. Bill and Hillary destroyed a public company. Kendall has run out of time. If Peter drops the appeal to bring back Hillary as a defendant, discovery and trial will come fairly quickly. For now, he wants the appellate court to see the civil brief and rule on it. It is almost a criminal indictment of her.
